Online Applications Available
Applications for the 2026–2027 school year open October 29th. All applications will be reviewed at the close of the priority enrollment period on January 13, 2026. Only complete applications, including all required supporting documents, will be reviewed by the St. Theresa Catholic School Administration.
All applications must include the following from the parent:
- $100 application fee
- Copy of applicant’s Birth Certificate
- Any educational evaluation test results
- IEP, 504 plan, or other Student Support Plan
- Any court ordered custody or visitation documents
Please see below for additional requirements per each grade level. These will be completed with the application.
- 1-5: Teacher Recommendation (1), Student Records - requested by St. Theresa Admissions
- 6-8: Teacher Recommendations (2), Student Records - requested by St. Theresa Admissions

Priority Enrollment Period Closes
Applications and supporting documents must be submitted by this date to be considered in the priority enrollment round.
January 16, 2026
Kindergarten Assessments
Applicants for Kindergarten will be invited to attend an on-campus assessment. Parents will hear from our Scholarship & Tuition Coordinator about ESA and STO options during the assessment. Families will receive communication from the school office with scheduling details.
January 19–23, 2026
Playdate Assessments
Applicants for Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten, and Transitional Kindergarten will be invited to a small-group playdate observation. Families who have submitted completed applications by the January 13th deadline will be contacted to schedule their child’s playdate session.
February 2026
February 6, 2026
Priority Enrollment Notifications
Families will receive admissions decisions for the priority enrollment round on February 6th.
Rolling admissions will begin thereafter for applications submitted after the priority deadline. Applicants for grades that are currently full will be placed on a waitlist and notified regarding their status.
February 13, 2026
Priority Enrollment Contracts & Deposits Due
Families who receive acceptance during the priority round must submit their signed enrollment contract and deposit by February 13th to secure their child’s spot.
