Create an Account
ParentsWeb, the website for enrolled families, is provided by and linked to Saint Theresa's student and family record keeping system referred to as RenWeb. ParentsWeb is an important communication tool for current families, and the source of information related to school operations. Each parent should create an account that will allow access to the ParentWeb system. Before a parent's account can be created, the parent information, including a unique email address for each parent must be entered by the school office. This is typically done at the time of acceptance. If you cannot begin the process of creating a ParentsWeb account, please check with the office (602-840-0010) to insure an accurate email address is currently in the system.
Update Account Information
Once a ParentsWeb account has been created, it is important to update all family information. With your account, you can update parent's information including email addresses, cell phone numbers, addresses, etc. You also can update student information to insure it remains current. Parents can opt-in or opt-out of directory listings, provide emergency contact information and authorize individuals as emergency contacts, make specific contact information confidential, provide permission for others to pick-up students, and provide information about other family members, including grandparents. It is important that families keep this information current in the system, especially emergency contact information.
Student class placement and listing in a class directory is available on ParentsWeb. As soon as class placements are finalized for the year, they are available on ParentsWeb. Posting class lists will no longer be done before the start of the school year (in the ramada). It has been replaced with online access through ParentsWeb.
ParentsWeb is an online tool for both maintaining current family and student information and providing parents access to immediate information relevant to currently enrolled families. Please call the office (602-840-0010) for asssitance in the event you are having problems with ParentsWeb.
