"I work with students in small groups and one-on-one with modified teaching methods to target the specific needs of our exceptional students. I meet regularly with teachers and parents to assess each student's progress and needs. In addition to teaching resource, I help develop Student Support Plans (SSPs) for the purpose of meeting the individual needs of our exceptional learners. I ensure all accommodations and modifications are appropriate, are being delivered accordingly, and I provide additional support for our teachers."
