Saint Theresa Catholic School provides an after school athletics program with a "no-cut" policy for children in grades 5-8. Volunteer coaches lead practices and schedule games with other schools through the Catholic Youth Athletic Association (CYAA). Teams meet at our gym, outdoor basketball and volleyball courts, the field or on our baseball and softball diamonds.

Fifth and Sixth Grades
The goal for athletes in these grades is to learn the game and improve personal skills. Winning is not the primary goal at these levels. The CYAA does not have a Tournament for these grades; however, it is possible to be invited to a tournament at the end of the season.
Seventh and Eighth Grades
The goal for athletes in these grades is to strengthen their competitive performance and continue to improve on skills. The CYAA has a Tournament for these grades and winning teams receive a congratulatory banner and recognition of the championship.
Teams are coached by parent volunteers who dedicate their time to help our student athletes become good teammates, to model good sportsmanship, and to honor our opponents and the game. If you are interested in coaching please click the link below for access to the forms.
