Virtual Introduction to Saint Theresa Catholic School Welcome and thank you for your interest in Saint Theresa Catholic School for your child(ren)'s education and development!  We know how busy families are these days and have created a video to capture for you the essence of our school and community.  We invite you to view it and contact us to schedule a private tour of our beautiful campus.

While campus tours are not required, we invite interested families to schedule a tour of our beautiful campus, meet our prinicpal, teachers, staff, and parents as part of the overall experience.  Our Parent Ambassadors provide a insightful perspective on our classroom and campus experience, parent organizations, and our STCS community. After the tour, we invite families to meet with Principal Reardon to discuss the STCS culture, curriculum, programs, and the mission of Saint Theresa. Admissions and Enrollment

Step One: Required Materials

  • You will need the following to be considered for admissions: Completed application; birth certificate; report cards for two years; standardized tests (Grades 2 thru 8).  A 504 Plan or IEP should be included if one exists.
  • Applications can be obtained through the office at 602.840.0010 ext. 200. Completed materials can be faxed to 602.840.8323 or dropped off at our office.

Step Two:  Assessment Testing and Interviews  

  • Pre-school, pre-kindergarten, and kindergarten applicants do not have assessment tests or interviews.  Admission decisions are based on availability.  Once our enrollment is full, waitlists will be created.
  • First grade applicants are asked to come and meet with one of our 1st grade teachers to talk and complete observed assessment test.
  • Second through eighth grade applicants will be invited to complete an academic assessment and interview with teachers in those respective grades.

Step Three:  Notification

  • The completed admission file is then sent to the Admissions Committee for review and recommendation.  Every applicant will be notified within two weeks of the committee's decision regarding an enrollment offer.  

Step Four:  Enrollment

  • If the applicant is offered enrollment, an e-mail will be sent to the family providing instructions on next steps for completing the enrollment and FACTS Agreement process.
